The program will run from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, covering concepts on communication and conflict. Our workshop is highly interactive, including small group exercises, time for reflection, and skill building. Each attendee will receive a workbook to use throughout the weekend.This 10-hour RACE approved program. By the end of the weekend, you will have a whole new set of tools at your disposal—and the skills to use them—so that you can plan and achieve your goals for years to come. In a supportive and reflective environment, you will overcome issues that derail success.
